About the Recipe
Ingredients
1 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp chipotle in adobo sauce (or use chipotle chilli flakes)
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1 shallot, finely diced
2 Jalapeños, finely diced
1/2 tsp celery salt (or normal salt)
1 tbsp smoked paprika
1 tsp honey, sugar, or golden syrup
Juice of half a lime
Preparation
1. Put whatever you're marinading in a dish and add all the ingredients
2. Rub the marinade into the chicken, tempeh, tofu or whatever you choose to marinade
3. Ideally prepare the day before you want to eat it for maximum flavour but this will still taste incredible as a quick marinade
