Yo soy Salsamuffin
Ingredients
2 ripe mangoes, finely diced
1/4 - 1/2 a watermelon, finely diced
2 peppers, finely diced
2 shallots, finely diced
2 cloves of garlic, crushed
1 chilli, finely diced
A handful of coriander, finely chopped
Juice + zest of 2 limes
Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Mix all the ingredients together and let sit for 10 minutes or so for the flavours to develop
