About the Recipe
Ingredients
500g carrots, peeled and sliced into batons
1 tbsp honey
A few slices of salted butter
A splash of balsamic vinegar
A splash of water
Salt and pepper to taste
Any herbs to garnish
Preparation
Chop up your carrots, place them in a baking dish and cover with the rest of the ingredients
Roast in oven for 30 minutes on 180 degrees Celsius.
Remove from oven, turn over the carrots so they cook evenly. You could add more honey and butter here depending on how they look
Serve up with fresh herbs on top just to wow everyone around the dinner table
